Note that all Readers are sent an email notification upon the publication of each issue with a copy of the Table of Contents for that issue or, in the case of continuous {help_topic key="publishing.index" text="publishing"}, with the title and author of the submission. The journal also should have a Privacy Policy, entered in the Setup and available in About the Journal, which describes how privacy of registered users of this journal will be respected.</p>]]>
